FLEX International Ventures Inc. will not be responsible for the following: 
1. Damage caused by leaking fluids, battery acids, cooling system antifreeze solution, acts of God.
2. Parts or accessories that are loose, torn, brittle, or have extensive wear. 
3. Articles or personal items left with vehicle. 
4. Owner is responsible for preparing vehicle for shipment. All loose parts, fragile or protruding accessories, low hanging accessories, antennas, etc., must be removed and/or properly secured. 
5. We are not responsible for faulty craftsmanship due to manufacturing defects (e.g. defects in factory welds of tie-downs) or damage that result to vehicle from the tie downs breaking or tearing. 
6. Mechanical functions, exhaust assembly, undercarriage, alignment, suspension, tuning of engine, or alarms. 
7. Damage caused by freezing of cooling system and/or batteries. 
8. Damage to antennas that do not retract. 
9. Damage to any vehicle that cannot be driven on or off transporter under its own power. Brakes must be in good working order.
10. Damage covered by your insurance while in transit. 
11. Damage unable to detect due to vehicle's dirty condition.
12. A service charge of $50 and up may be charged to vehicles that have flat tires or do not start and run. These vehicles will have to be specially loaded due to their condition. 
13. Shipper is not responsible for condition of accessories if not properly packaged
14. Damage due to moisture and mildew developing inside a container as a result of natural causes. 
15. The shipping cost paid to FLEX International Ventures Inc., only include costs associated with clearing the vehicle out of the United States, loading charges and container freight. All other costs at destination such as custom clearance and handling at destination are not included in the shipping cost. Please consult with destination agent for estimates of these costs.
16. All vehicles left at our warehouse for more than 10 days due to lack of documentation for export will be charged a daily storage fee. Please see loading procedures for information regarding correct paperwork.
